Patron Virgin of Salt Miners
This painting probably hung in the lodge/confederation/alliance hall for salt miners. Shown in the lower right is a salt miner dressed in his formal lodge clothes holding his mining tools. Between him and the Patron Virgin is the building that houses the mine shaft.
On the lower left is a man praying to the Patron Virgin. I do not know who this represents; maybe another miner or a saint such as Saint Francis.
